Following the success of the papernest service with individual clients, Banques Populaires and Caisses d’Epargne are now extending this offering to their professional clients. This service provides comprehensive, turnkey, and free support to optimize essential service subscriptions, including gas, electricity, internet, and mobile telephony.

Since launching the partnership in 2023, Banques Populaires and Caisses d’Epargne have helped individual clients save over 1.5 million euros through papernest. Building on this success, they now aim to help professional clients reduce their subscription costs, particularly energy-related expenses. This initiative allows professionals to focus more on their core business by relieving them of administrative burdens.

The recent price increases in gas and electricity have significantly impacted business expenses, a trend likely to continue into 2024 with the gradual phase-out of the tariff shield by February 2025.

In response to this, Banques Populaires and Caisses d’Epargne, in partnership with papernest, offer a free, turnkey service to help reduce subscription bills for their professional clients. This service will be gradually rolled out across Banques Populaires and Caisses d’Epargne branches.

Virginie Normand, Director of Commercial Accelerations at Banque de Proximité et Assurance – Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargne, commented: “Banques Populaires and Caisses d’Epargne are partnering with papernest to provide our professional clients with an innovative service designed to simplify their operations and reduce subscription bills, especially the most significant consumption areas. With this completely free support, our clients can save money while fully dedicating themselves to their business activities.”

Philippe de la Chevasnerie, co-founder and CEO of papernest, added: “Building on the success of our partnership with individual clients, it was natural to continue our collaboration with Groupe BPCE by leveraging our expertise in contract optimization and knowledge of the energy, internet, and mobile markets for the benefit of professional clients.”
