BIA (Bradesco Artificial Intelligence) was developed to offer customers and non-customers immediate service in case of doubts and access to financial products and services, through natural language interaction promoted by the use of Artificial Intelligence engines that simulate human reasoning. The number of actions within the BIA regarding income reporting during the income tax declaration period and the constant evolution of the channel, which aims to achieve even more resoluteness within the BIA, increasingly drive the speed of learning about the needs from our customers with simple and fluid deliveries. With this, we started the project that delivers the earnings report file through the transactional BIA in the Bradesco App, with the objective of simplifying the user experience and enabling them to self-service through the use of natural language, through voice contact or text, and in a few steps be able to request, generate and share your file. The new journey reached more than 8.4 million activations within the transactional BIA also impacting the number of unique users that in the month of April/21, the main period for declaration of the income tax report, surpassed more than 2.3 million. Linked to this, BIA's voice communication solution brings accessibility and practicality to the daily lives of our customers.
