Operations Processes & Platform Re-engineering 3.0 (OPPR 3.0) is a programme that actively manages end-to-end digital transformation in DBS Banks’ Operations across product lines and locations. OPPR 3.0 improves operations productivity through platform re-engineering, constant upskilling and reskilling of staff, and increased adoption of straight-through processing (STP) for digital channels for employees and customers. In addition, the Unified Ops Control Towers measure the pulse of Operations, providing data-driven risk and control insights for pre-emptive actions that would further enhance productivity and control .
