By offering a comprehensive financial hub, that includes account management, loan applications, expense tracking, and payments, the app serves as the perfect platform for users to access the chatbot's capabilities effortlessly. Since its launch, the chatbot assistant has garnered over 1 million users, with an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 65, showcasing the high levels of satisfaction among users. The chatbot's continuous learning capabilities ensure that it becomes more effective over time, enhancing its ability to provide accurate and personalized responses. Internally, the chatbot has significantly reduced the workload on our customer support teams, allowing them to focus on more complex and value-added tasks.
