The Chat Bot provides immediate and timely assistance to the customer on issues deemed recurring and of common interest among users, reducing the effort of physical consultants. It positions itself in the pages considered strategic for the various topics covered by the Chat Bot. The project envisaged a modularity of macro intents suggested by the bot itself, and then went deeper and deeper into the answers provided. We offer assistance guided by the chat bot on some features that can be carried out independently by the customer (such as online car replacement and electronic signature). All this allows you to "filter" any recurring requests, diverting only special or high-value requests to physical operators. The Chat Bot Upselling carries out commercial action in the form of "personalized advice" according to the guarantees chosen independently by the customer. It places itself in the funnel just before saving the quote.
