Cathay Digital Bar - Empower You Qorus Reinvention Awards - APAC - Winner

The Cathay Digital Bar, the centerpiece of Cathay Financial Holdings' effort to modernize and digitize our way of working and boost employee engagement and happiness, has been inaugurated by Cathay Financial Holdings (known as CFH). The app embodies our dedication to our employees and reflects our values, which include putting the needs of the employee first, collaborating together, developing digital literacy , growing ourselves and providing transparency culture. The COVID pandemic has increasingly changed the way we work. The Cathay Digital Bar serves as more than a digital tool as we approach a new era of workplace models (100% at office, hybrid, 100% remote) and a significant initiative to engage employees and make them feel connected, regardless of the workplace model they choose. We launched an initial version of C_Team+ , playing daily communication role of Cathay Digital Bar in 2021 Q1 for all 20K employees of CFH with the features listed below. We are already implementing the following stage of our robust product roadmap, which we will continue to refine based on feedbacks from employees on the features that will benefit them most from the app. ■ Mobile Device: Laptops supporting mobile work (2021Q1)，Working around numerous buildings via Wi-Fi integration(2021Q1)，Exposing data safely by VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) (2022 Q2) ■ Daily Communication among subsidiaries by C_Team+ : Chat 1-1 or in group chats with colleagues(2021 Q1), Dedicated channels for specific tasks or projects or social clubs(2021 Q1) ,Process efficiency enhancement via API integration (2021 Q4) ■ Workstream Collaboration: Exchanging and editing files and documents with outside vendors by C_Drive (2021 Q2), One stop meeting solution for scheduling/reserving meeting /sending meeting invitations with the  automation of calendar pick by C_Booking.
