Thanks to an agreement with Generali Welion, FASDAC has made available an App that allows patients to talk at a distance with medical experts in 20 specialized branches, the platform was developed by Europ Assistance.

Traditional medicine has evolved and thanks to telemedicine Generali Welion offers the opportunity to contact medical specialists through a digital health network maintaining an high levels of service. Telemedicine allows you to take advantage of medical consultations and video visits directly from home. The new modalities of access to care have been an opportunity for people who attended FASDAC. Thanks to the Generali Welion service offered in collaboration with Europ Assistance, FASDAC has managed to develop a platform "cost 0” for the patients. We are talking about medical videoconsults, that guarantee the possibility for a member or a family member to talk at a distance with a specialist doctor, share clinical data, transmit analysis reports or X-ray files that have been carried out and that could give rise to the prescription of drugs or treatments.
