Insurers especially lose customers over slow claims processing. ClaimsHub is a claims management platform, which makes the claims agent's lifes much easier, boosts customer satisfaction and connects all parties involved in the claim handling process.

- andsafe didn‘t have a sufficient claims processing software -> claims agent worked inefficiently -> claims processing took to long -> customer were not satisfied
- On the market there was no solution available, which met our requirement to bundle all claims processes and parties involved in one tool
- ClaimsHub is being developed with a strong focus on UX-Design
- It already connects claims agents, customers and insurance agents (and will additionally connect them with claimants, provider managers and auditors) in a streamlined software
Uniqueness of the project
- While claims processing software is not revolutionarily new, we are developing an end-to-end solution with focus on UX-design and functionality for all parties involved in a claim
- What is even more unique, is how the development is done.
- We are using the scrum framework to work in a 100% agile way
- All decisions are/were taken within the scrum team (management team is stakeholder)
- This enables us to ensure rapid progress
- Time between product owner’s pitch of his idea to introduce a claims handling software and start of the conception: < 2 Weeks
- We are releasing new features every two weeks
- Users are onboarded as soon as possible, to gather important insight and get direct feedback
- Constant reprioritization of the product backlog with the help of the user feedback to guarantee maximum value
