Innovation presentation

This is an API that allows two CRM softwares to connect to each other to attract a higher volume of mortgages from external prescribers. It will speed up the mortgage application process and allow a quick response to be given to the customer. The volume of mortgages from underwriters is expected to increase from 8% to 20%, thus relieving the commercial branch network of this administrative workload. The customer has fewer obstacles and greater convenience in applying for a mortgage and receiving a quick response. In addition, it offers greater legal certainty and a minimisation of potential errors. And lastly, it avoids duplication of consultations, greater traceability and verification of the status of the applications.
