Innovation presentation

As a Digital leader at Slovak banking market we are offering to our customers in financial difficulties a new Collection Self-Service Zone within George, the electronic banking platform used across all Erste Group. This tool is designed to support clients experiencing financial difficulties, but are NOT YET IN OVERDUE or ARE ALREADY IN OVERDUE with their products. It provides a user-friendly, guided digital experience, empowering clients to manage their financial challenges proactively based on Human Centric Design. The main objectives are to enable clients to find solutions independently, communicate with the bank without waiting for a debt overdue call, and navigate their way out of potential default situations.
