The objective is to transform complex financial decision-making into understandable dialogues, making banking services more accessible and user-friendly. The main goal of the project is to democratize personalized financial advice for all three million bank active clients, achieved through advanced artificial intelligence capabilities that not only respond to inquiries but also anticipate client needs and offer proactive solutions and advice. The reasons for this initiative is the need to provide clients with with personalized assistance any time they need, in their prefered language, on the device always close to them. In today's fast-paced world, clients require immediate support. The project involves collaboration between various bank departments, contributing to the creation of a comprehensive knowledge base that is easily searchable and provides accurate and timely information.
