Our flagship platform, DigiBank (Mobile & Internet Banking), provides a holistic digital experience for our customers. This mobile and internet banking platform has seen tremendous growth, with a 70% increase in its customer base, now serving over 750,000 customers. A major growth of more than 100% was observed in the transaction volume & value processed via the channel in 2023, surpassing the milestone more than 31 Million transactions worth approximately PKR 1 Trillion.

In 2023, DigiBank’s portfolio by launching innovative digital services for our Islamic Credit Card (Noor Card) holders. Faysal Bank remains the only bank that allows credit card users to perform fund transfers and bill payments digitally via an App/Internet Banking Portal. In response to the rising demand for contactless payments, we introduced Faysal Pay (Tap & Pay), a technology-driven solution aimed at enhancing payment efficiency and streamlining processes to make them as frictionless as possible.

In addition to this, the channel offers services like Virtual Card which enhances the overall digital banking experience of the users. Allowing customers to manage their cards' transactions & enabling service requests (like cheque management, pay order issuance, etc.) it has enhanced the traffic migration from conventional means of banking to advanced & digitized versions. Hence, making self-serve banking accessible round the clock any day.

Looking ahead, Faysal Bank aims to continue navigating the digital landscape with inclusivity and innovation, catering to the diverse needs of all stakeholders. We plan to introduce a new digital portfolio for Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and consumer segments through Digital Lending, while enhancing services on existing channels. Our goal is to position Faysal Bank as a leader in the financial sector, contributing to economic progress and inclusion within the communities we serve.
