The Super Simplified Journey is aimed at Bradesco's existing customers. The aim of this innovation is to speed up the registration process, without the customer having to fill in the information already provided when the account was opened.
Its main advantage over the market is that in only three steps and a few minutes, customers can complete their registration. This is in contrast to its competitors' registration journey, which is lengthy and involves several stages where the customer has to fill in all the details.
The motivation is to provide the best experience, ease, and shortest time to complete the registration. We noticed a significant increase in registrations for the organization, which means that the goal of facilitating the customer experience when filling out the data was achieved.
