Innovation presentation

The Unlocking HR program represents a transformation of HR, with the goal of unleashing the full potential of human resources. This journey enables us to refine our operating model and service delivery, creating new capabilities focused on the business. This transformation also enables the reimagining of HR to incorporate new technologies and develop a data-focused mindset.

The Unlocking HR project is designed to modernize and transform the company's human resources department into a more strategic, integrated, and technology-driven model. Bradesco's objective is to become a leading HR benchmark both internally and externally. This will be achieved through the implementation of strategies involving people analytics, constant innovation, and cutting-edge technology, which will boost both people and business.

Since 2019, the company has been testing and implementing solutions that directly impact the employee experience, such as the Cornerstone platform. This platform tracks the talent development cycle and integrates niche startups that offer everything from online tests to video interviews. It uses artificial intelligence to analyze data, reduce unconscious biases, and increase operational efficiency. In addition, partnerships for behavioral assessment and training also complement HR's digital journey.

In 2022, Bradesco initiated a plan to accelerate and expand the digital transformation of human resources. The project entailed mapping all HR products, services, technology architecture, and data, resulting in the review of more than 755 processes and the identification of 649 opportunities for technological input and 170 for automation. With a strategic vision extending until 2026, the company has established a new IT architecture map for HR and a new operating model. The goal is to become a market benchmark in all aspects related to human resources.

The entire journey is designed to unlock and transform HR, which is why our case was named Unlocking HR.
