The Pension Simulation and Activation project aims to provide a self-service digital channel for users to simulate their retirement income options, ensuring they make informed decisions. In a digitalized world, users seek autonomy and convenience. This project empowers users by allowing them to independently simulate and choose their retirement options. The project stands out in the market by offering a fully digital and user-friendly solution, unlike traditional methods that often require in-person consultations. The increasing demand for financial planning tools and the need for user autonomy inspired this project. It involved the product development team, IT department, and user experience designers. So far, the project has shown high user engagement with an average of 380,000 monthly consultations within the first two months of launch.
