It fills a critical gap in the market: before this solution, many policyholders faced discomfort dealing with minor damages that, although not justifying the activation of a conventional policy, caused aesthetic and financial losses.

Data from the automotive repair sector indicates that around 30% of bumper damages in low-impact collisions require part replacement due to the complexity of materials used in modern vehicles. Complementary items, such as moldings and grilles, are also frequently damaged in minor incidents but are rarely covered by traditional insurance. These damages significantly impact the vehicle's appearance, but repair costs often discourage customers from seeking quality repairs. The Premium Small Repairs coverage is a response to the growing need for coverage that protects the vehicle in all circumstances, including aesthetic damages. It presents several differentiators compared to available small repair coverages in the market:

Higher labor limit: labor limit of approximately $260.42 (R$ 1,500.00).

Higher parts replacement limit: guarantees a limit of approximately $2,604.17 (R$ 15,000.00) for bumper replacement and its complementary parts, as well as for plastic or metal parts that make up the bumper.

Flexible usage rules: does not affect the bonus class and allows claims for damages above or below the hull deductible.

The development approach combines high technology and practicality, including advanced techniques in bodywork, painting, and paintless dent repair, ensuring quick and high-quality repairs. The coverage caters to both conventional and sophisticated vehicles, making it accessible to all profiles of holders. This comprehensive solution offers greater security and peace of mind, avoiding unexpected expenses or living with unrepaired damages. In a challenging economic environment, this solution provides savings, practicality, and extensive coverage, enhancing customers' perception of value and trust in the market.

Project Timeline:

Market analysis and needs identification (Sep/23 to Dec/23): Detailed market study and analysis of policyholder NPS scores. Identification that existing coverages were insufficient in terms of satisfaction and efficiency.

Coverage development (Jan/24 to Apr/24): Creation of the product's general conditions, specifying technical details and covered areas.

Final adjustments and validation (May/24): Implementation of systemic adjustments and process mapping to ensure efficiency in the service flow.

Internal training of employees (Jun/24): Training program for different areas, ensuring readiness to promote and provide technical and operational support.

Launch event planning (Jul/24 to Aug/24): Organization of the launch event, preparation of promotional materials, and logistics to ensure participation from brokers and partners.

Launch event (August 19, 2024): Official launch in Campinas, with over 200 in-person participants and 311 online viewers, highlighting the benefits of the coverage.

Monitoring Plan:

We invested in research and development, team training, and marketing campaigns. After the launch, we implemented a monitoring plan to track the performance of the coverage in the market and the satisfaction of the insured. We conduct weekly and quarterly analyses to adjust the product as necessary, ensuring its competitiveness and attractiveness.

Additionally, we held in-person promotional events in our main locations, covering seven cities: Campinas (SP), Belo Horizonte (MG), Curitiba (PR), Goiânia (GO), São Paulo (SP), and Vitória (ES), with the presence of more than 1,000 brokers. We also organized a Super Live with the participation of brokers from all regions of the country, gathering more than 2,315 professionals. Considering both in-person and online events, we reached over 3,315 brokers.
