In collaboration between Allianz and Volvo Cars, we have seamlessly integrated a fully digital motor insurance application journey into the Volvo Cars App. The objective is to proactively engage Volvo drivers with an exclusive motor insurance offer tailored specifically to their Volvo vehicle.
Through a smart link-out solution embedded within the app, users are guided into a simple, intuitive, and fully digital application journey. Within just 2–3 minutes, customers can complete the process and instantly receive their individual premium calculation.
Upon policy completion, the electronic insurance confirmation (eVB) is immediately issued, enabling seamless vehicle registration.
Thanks to consistent Volvo branding throughout the journey, customers experience a cohesive and trusted environment, without feeling that they are leaving the Volvo ecosystem. The solution combines speed, simplicity, and brand continuity to create a frictionless insurance experience directly from within the Volvo world.
