With Customized Future Planning Module, we provide our customers with personalized product recommendations by taking into account information such as age, marital status, number of children, education and employment status, salary information, household assets and annual income level from these assets, investment tendency, consumption habits, debt level, education planning for children and current savings level, as well as existing individual pension and/or life insurance products. In the project where the Agile working method was adopted, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Software Development, Change and Project Management units actively took part. Requirements were determined in line with the needs of all stakeholders and User Acceptance Testing was performed by each unit before the application was made live. The Marketing Department and the Individual Sales Department are responsible for presenting the service provided as a result of the project to existing and potential customers. At every point of contact we came together with our customers and potential customers; we observed that one of the biggest needs was to choose the right product among insurance and individual retirement products and the need for a holistic perspective on the future that individuals plan for themselves and their families. Moreover, we aimed to find a permanent solution to the product recommendations that vary according to the sales channel. Our focus was to offer solutions that are suitable for the future expectations of our customers by considering their current asset and spending levels. Our goal was to enable our customers to easily calculate the savings they need for their future in line with their assets, income and spending levels, and savings habits, and to reach product recommendations that will provide them with the savings or guarantees they want. We sought a solution that would enable them to take steps for their future today by choosing from among product recommendations specific to them. We focused on designing this solution to cover the end-to-end life cycles of our customers. In this context, we also emphasized the end-to-end analysis of assets and debts, consumption and investment habits. To personalize our product recommendations and to correctly calculate the savings and collateral amounts that our customers will need in the future, we have established a structure where we receive detailed information from our customers about their household income and expense levels. With the Customized Future Planning Module, which can be accessed from our internet branch AHE Online and our application AHE Mobile, we have created a concrete solution where customers can calculate their savings and collateral gaps in light of the information, we obtain from them and plan their future through our products according to their current life stage.
