Previously, insurance policy proposals were only prepared during the renewal period or upon customer request. Customers had to visit a branch or manually search for policies, which led to inefficiencies and missed opportunities in reaching potential policyholders.

With RPA integration, the Casco Insurance has been enhanced to automatically identify customer needs. Customers who only have compulsory traffic insurance but lack Casco coverage are detected and offered personalized proposals. Additionally, those who pays motor taxes, traffic fines, or highway toll payments through İşCep are also identified and presented with tailored Casco insurance proposals. For example; A customer who regularly pays motor tax through İşCep but does not have Casco insurance can view a customized Casco proposal directly in the İşCep Proposals Menu.

Similarly, for Property Insurance process, customers whose DASK policy has expired or lack comprehensive home insurance are automatically identified and offered personalized proposals. For example; A customer whose DASK policy has expired receives a personalized Property Insurance proposal with additional coverage options via İşCep.

These proposals are only presented to customers who have given marketing and communication consent, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and targeted customer engagement.

This system improves accessibility to insurance, streamline operational processes, and enhances sales performance.
