Caser decided to approach the vacation rental market with an innovation solution , an interesting market in Spain with near 400K short rental homes and with a growing rate of 9% in the last year.

In our customer research, the main insight was that their biggest concern was having good ratings on tourist rental platforms, as this ensured their future rental profitability.

How do we it : If a major issue occurs in the rental home , such as a flood, does not allow the guest to continue with their vacation, we relocate them to another location in the same area, paying the cost of the new rent.
