The on-demand paradigm is shaping the population's consumption and, in line with this trend, Just in Case
follows a dual approach: on-demand direct to consumer & B2B2C Contextual presence – both enablers for strategic growth pillars. Our webapp emerged in 2022 (25th of July) as a redesigned business model, 100% digital, direct to the consumer, which in addition to creating a new source of revenue, will capture new customers and younger and/or more digital profiles.
The possibility of buying insurance products with the click of a button and/or the swipe of a thumb is now a reality, and Fidelidade, with this project, is proposing to advance the state of the art in the field of the potential impact of current social phenomena on the creation and improvement of insurance products, simplifying and digitizing the entire underwriting experience, reducing the bureaucracy associated with the process and thus generating greater simplicity and transparency throughout the underwriting process.
In addition, it plays a key role in expanding the Fidelidade Group's relevance beyond insurance - through a contextual value proposition, building a closer relationship, increasing the frequency of contact with the customer, and enhancing the network effect with our current and potential customers by allowing them to involve friends and family.
We understand that a trip requires extensive planning. That's why our webapp offers a set of complementary benefits that accompany the traveler from the moment they start planning their trip until they return home, adapting to the different phases and challenges encountered during their journey. Such as access to airport lounges in case of a delayed flight, (which, has been one of the most popular, as well as a luggage and to-do list that can be shared among friends, several relevant content about destinations, which is also highly valued by consumers, and all the information and documents digitally in one place.
Furthermore, Just in Case plays a key role of being an enabler in partners' contextual journeys, as a lever of growth, by strengthening the partner value proposition and unlocking growth opportunities.
Truly understanding the contextual journey of each partner and identifying the key points of contact/entry is fundamental for sustained growth and is always our primary focus.
We adapt the point of contact to each partner's integration journey with Just in Case, always with the aim of bringing maximum benefits to the partner and enriching their value proposition. Therefore, in one go, you can prepare your trip, make all your bookings and reservations for the trip, and easily link it with travel insurance, plus all the associated Just in Case benefits, such as lounges in case of a delayed flight and destination tips and content.
At the moment, we currently offer our partners three main ways of collaborating: by paying for advertising space, through mediation (for partners who are mediators or want to be mediators) and/or compensation through FIDcoins for their customers (virtual currency that can be used to exchange for products/services in the Fidelidade shop).
