Minhas Proteções is a strategic initiative of the Bradesco Seguros Group that promotes a paradigm shift in how customers relate to protection products. The solution helps reduce recurring challenges in the insurance market, such as information fragmentation, complex terminology, and the low autonomy customers have when managing their coverages.
The project provides a consolidated view of the customer’s protection life within the Bradesco Seguros app, gathering insurance and pension data in a single digital environment and translating this information into a clear, visual and action‑oriented interpretation. By replacing isolated journeys with an integrated experience, Minhas Proteções transforms the logic of “product consultation” into a continuous model of monitoring and evolving protections.
The initiative was conceived to strengthen financial and protection citizenship, empowering customers with greater awareness of their products and decision‑making over time. Instead of reacting to occasional events, customers begin to act in a more informed, preventive and protagonist manner when managing their future.
In the competitive landscape, where digital solutions still operate in a fragmented and product‑oriented manner, Minhas Proteções stands out by integrating consultation, management and recommendation in a single flow, reducing friction, increasing transparency and strengthening trust between customer and insurer.
Inspired by user‑centered design practices and advancements in Open Insurance, the project was developed with multidisciplinary collaboration involving governance, product, business, technology, design, data, legal, customer experience and marketing teams from its conception.
Since its launch, Minhas Proteções has registered more than 2 million accesses, establishing itself as one of the main engagement points within the app. In 2025, the solution generated 6,710 new sales, resulting in approximately R$3.9 million in revenue and creating a structured foundation for the continuous evolution of the protection journey and for new customer‑oriented value models.
