BPI Rewards Program is a loyalty programme designed by BPI bank in partnership with Data4Deals with the aim of providing customers with personalized offers through the analysis of multiple data (transactional, sociodemographic, etc.). The propose is delivering a marketplace of services and products and use the marketing and sales potential available in the information that we hold from our customers. In order to benefit from the cashbacks and discounts associated with the offers, customers just have to use BPI banking cards (at online or physical stores). Through our digital platforms, customers will be presented with discounts and savings opportunities suited to their profile. It's an innovative service, simple and easy to use, with the software managed by the partner. Its main features are: - Consult the offers and brands available (Fashion, Beauty, Restaurants, Travel, Supermarkets, Sports and more). - Select offer personalization (more targeted). - View cashbacks received historic (total and detailed). To access and benefit from the program, customers use the mobile or online banking channels (BPI App/BPI Net). Push notifications can be used to promote the best offers available for each customer and emails could be used to promote interesting offers as a way of increasing the interaction with the bank’s digital channels.
