GENiusz at BNP Paribas Bank Polska is an advanced knowledge chatbot designed to revolutionize information access within the company. It is based on the cutting-edge Generative AI technology with the implementation of state-of-the-art RAG architecture (utilizing the internal knowledge base and one of large language models).
The project emerged from the need for efficient data management, enabling bank’s employees to quickly find necessary information and focus more on creative tasks. The solution is designed to search the bank's internal knowledge resources, streamline information access, speed up business processes, and reduce errors.Building on the success of similar technologies in other industries, GENiusz involves various departments, including retail banking and corporate banking, ESG, cybersecurity, operations, compliance, HR, IT and others.
Positive results of tests conducted in those departments allowed us to successfully launch a pilot program in three core business areas. This pilot phase demonstrates GENiusz’s capability to deliver timely and accurate information, reinforcing its value in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting a broader range of functions within the bank. As we continue to extend the project to more areas, we anticipate even greater benefits and impact across the organization.
