GO by Krungsri Auto Application under Bank of Ayudhya PLC. We take pride in the ongoing agile development of GO by Krungsri Auto Application, aiming to evolve it into a consistently reliable and expandable auto ecosystem in Thailand. Our commitment is to enhance customer experiences and contribute to 'a better everyday life for automobile users.'

In Thailand, there are officially 38 million registered vehicles (17 million car users, 21 million motorcycle users). Numerous applications have been developed to cater to the needs of these vehicle users. However, the GO by Krungsri Auto Application stands as the first and only innovative automotive ecosystem in Thailand that gathers all essential features for vehicle users in one app, offering a one-stop service.

GO by Krungsri Auto Application is designed to significantly enhance the user experience in managing automotive finance, starting from the initial decision-making phase. We also consider the daily lifestyle routines and after-sale services that car users require. In response, we offer lifestyle services, such as a content platform providing comprehensive knowledge about automobiles, and exclusive privileges from leading partners that cater to the diverse lifestyles of drivers. Essential services for drivers, including maintenance services, are also provided to ensure a holistic and satisfactory user experience. These features aim to facilitate easy and self-directed app usage, evolving it into a consistently reliable and expandable automotive ecosystem. The design of each app interface and the offering of products or services through each feature are personalized by leveraging data on individual behavior to cater to each user specific interests and needs. The focus of our experience design revolves around three key areas:

A: Financial products: • Digital Auto Lending (Lending Platform): We are the first in Thailand that provide personalized and easily accessible online auto loans through a streamlined end-to-end process, ensuring final approval within 15 minutes. Customers can take the loan amount to any car dealer nationwide and proceed with their car purchase immediately. Our offerings cover various automotive loan products, including new car, used car, motorcycle, big bike and our Auto Refinancing program, known as Car4Cash, accommodates a diverse range of vehicles including sedan, pickup, motorcycle, and big bike. • PromptStart: We provides a preliminary evaluation service for auto loans, covering the purchase of new and used cars, motorcycles, and big bikes. Users can easily evaluate their loan options and receive estimated loan amounts within just 3 minutes, streamlining the entire loan evaluation process. • Car4Cash: Our Auto Refinancing program, known as Car4Cash, is crafted to enhance users' financial liquidity. It offers flexible installment terms and competitive interest rates, providing users with a convenient and tailored financial solution. • Insurance: Through our Krungsri Auto Broker initiative, we address customers' insurance coverage needs with KANA, our insurance intelligent assistant. KANA can recommend suitable insurance plans, compare coverage and premiums in just a few seconds, allowing users to easily and quickly choose insurance that meets their needs and budget. Furthermore, our Electronic Policy (e-Policy) issuance ensures quick delivery via email within 24 hours. Currently, our insurance products include car insurance, spare parts coverage insurance, personal accident insurance, health insurance, travel insurance, recommended insurance, and promotions.

B: Additional Service for Krungsri Auto Customers: • We offer 'D.I.Y Digital Service' to enhance convenience for Krungsri Auto customers, enabling them to independently manage documents and conduct car transactions through our application. This feature includes a total payment solution, providing the most convenient experience with lifetime engagement for Krungsri Auto customers. GO by Krungsri Auto Application transforms how customers view and manage their automobile-related documents, allowing users to effortlessly track loan profiles, monitor monthly installments, access payment details and history, and manage compulsory third-party insurances, motor insurances, vehicle taxes, and more. Our app is designed to streamline the user experience in managing their automotive finances.

C: Car User lifestyle: • GO Auto Station (Used Car Marketplace) : We are number one of used car marketplace in Thailand with the largest selection of high-quality used cars, with over 70,000 vehicles available, serving as the ultimate destination for used car shoppers. Our platform not only provides access to the best used cars, but also connects customers to Krungsri Auto loans providing them with the financing they need to make a purchase. • EV Station: GO by Krungsri Auto Application provide a service to search for electric vehicle charging stations throughout Thailand, and we are the number one platform that gathers the most electric vehicle charging points in Thailand, with over 1,000 stations nationwide. These stations come from our leading partner brands: EA Anywhere, EVolt, EV Station PluZ, ESPRONoodoe, and ReverSharger. Whether you're staying overnight or traveling anywhere, you can check electric vehicle charging stations throughout your journey. Our platform offers diverse functionalities, allowing users not only to locate charging stations but also to check their status, availability, and types of connectors conveniently. It includes a "filter" function to select charging connector types and service providers according to user preferences. The navigation system directs users to the charging stations efficiently, facilitating travel planning and enabling users to save frequently used charging stations.

• Auto Club (Content platform) : We have established a comprehensive content hub and an expansive community platform to serve as a knowledge center for all drivers, divided into two main sections: "Auto GURU" and "Auto Talk".

"Auto GURU" offers exclusive content hub curated by certified automotive experts in Thailand. This includes a variety of travel content across Thailand, a wealth of knowledge covering various types of vehicles that drivers should be familiar with, in-depth car reviews, head-to-head comparisons, the latest news, insightful information on EVs, and valuable tips.

"Auto Talk" serves not only as an information hub but also as a car community site. It provides a robust platform for car enthusiasts to share messages, tutorials, valuable information, and engage in discussions spanning a wide range of automotive topics. It's more than just a platform; it's a dynamic community that fosters knowledge exchange and collaboration among passionate car users.

• GO Travel: The feature under the Auto Club. This feature serves as a platform for diverse travel content across Thailand, including articles that review renowned tourist attractions and restaurants. The aim is to inspire motorists to discover the unseen beauty of Thailand and engage in immersive tourism experiences. This initiative is a collaborative venture with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and is accessible through the GO Travel service integrated into the GO by Krungsri Auto Application. Through our monthly articles, we highlight tourist attractions nationwide, accompanied by engaging local activities, enhancing the overall journey for our valued car users. Furthermore, users can enjoy over 20 exclusive privileges from top-tier travel partners tailored for car users. These perks include discounts on accommodations, dining, and admission fees to a variety of tourist attractions. • GO WOW (Loyalty Platform): Discover numerous exclusive privileges and discounts available not only to Krungsri Auto customers but also to all drivers in Thailand. These include the Member Get Member (MGM) program, where you can receive exclusive benefits by referring friends to join the Krungsri Auto campaign. GO Gamification offers opportunities to win prizes and enjoy special privileges simply by spinning the wheel. Moreover, users of the Go by Krungsri Auto Application can access a wide range of privileges. Furthermore, users can also customize the display of fuel prices by pinning their frequently used fuel types as the top priority, ensuring quick and convenient access for their next price checks. • Booking & Repair service: This feature related to Car Maintenance Appointments, divided into two formats: 1. Scheduling appointments to bring the car into the Mitsubishi service center: Whether it's for inspections, repairs, or maintenance, everything can be completed seamlessly on GO by Krungsri Auto Application in just a few steps. 2. Appointment scheduling for car maintenance with our partners “Auto Care”: We have gathered leading car repair shops nationwide in one place, ensuring convenience, standardized service, and cost-effectiveness. Choose from a variety of packages for repairs or maintenance services, including mileage checks and engine oil changes. You can schedule an appointment for service immediately and check the repair status through your preferred channel.

Thus, GO by Krungsri Auto Application proudly stands as the first and only innovative auto ecosystem in Thailand. Our unwavering commitment remains focused on reimagining the customer experience on the digital platform, guided by the vision of 'connecting various automotive lifestyles in one place' for both Krungsri Auto and car users alike.
