Technology-focused startups across Turkiye can now begin their applications through the “I Want to Become a Startup Customer” feature on the İşCep mobile app—completely eliminating the need to visit a physical branch. Applicants are presented with a set of questions tailored to the target audience of our Entrepreneurship Branch. Based on their responses, a scoring system evaluates the startup’s potential. Our goal is to identify ventures genuinely committed to innovation and scalability. Startups meeting the scoring threshold can select their preferred Entrepreneurship Branch for services. For single-partner limited liability companies, the entire onboarding process is completed digitally, providing a fully end-to-end experience. For joint-stock companies, onboarding is still handled remotely but supported by a dedicated portfolio manager to ensure a seamless experience. This feature is the first of its kind in Turkiye. It allows startups outside of Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir—key hubs of the national entrepreneurial ecosystem—to become customers of the Startup Branch through İşCep, gaining access to a comprehensive suite of banking products and services specifically designed for entrepreneurs.
