Launched on September 23, 2019, QNB's Dijital Köprü (Digital Bridge) began as a strategic initiative to support the digital transformation of SMEs through Corporate Digital Channels. Today, it has evolved into a comprehensive and inclusive platform that also serves large-scale and corporate clients. Continuously enhanced since its inception, Digital Bridge allows businesses to seamlessly access a wide array of banking and digital solutions through a single, integrated point. In 2024, it reached a key milestone by becoming the sole brand and unified gateway for all QNB digital services tailored to corporate customers—reinforcing its position as the cornerstone of business banking in the digital age. Dijital Köprü Platform was launched to show SMEs and larger-scale enterprises ways of doing business in the future, support them throughout the digital transformation process, and ensure they were technology-ready for a digital future. Dijital Köprü has been serving as a platform to prepare companies for digital transformation since 2019 by analyzing their needs throughout their processes, thus facilitating their operational and day-to-day transactions, while meeting their banking and non-banking needs digitally. As the pioneer of banking as a platform in Turkey, QNB Dijital Köprü has been supporting the digital transformation of companies since its launch, periodically analyzing their needs, facilitating their operational and daily transactions and enabling them to manage their time efficiently.
Dijital Köprü is the first and most recognized digital platform in corporate banking in Turkey, focused on accelerating digitalization processes of companies while filling the gap in digitalization of corporate banking. The platform now offers more than 20 different digital solutions from various FinTechs and Startups. Dijital Köprü Super app is the only banking app in Turkey that offers this many numerous solutions and it lets customers experience the convenience of managing both their banking processes and all their business processes such as e-transformation, e-commerce, administration, human resources, logistics management; from a single platform with an aim to offer and involve all the features that SMEs need while managing their companies. As part of the official debut, we aired the trending commercial "QNB Dijital Köprü carries SMEs into the future", held press conferences, advertised on billboards across Turkey, and fostered a 360-degree launch campaign with radio spots and magazine ads. Furthermore, we used product image advertising on the headquarters building of QNB for the first time, adorning the headquarters, Crystal Tower, with a Dijital Köprü ad. By the end of 2019, it has grown rapidly, reaching 20,100 customers with products in just 3 months, and 5,200 customers using products actively. In addition, Dijital Köprü strives towards further expanding the digitalization process in the banking experience across Turkey, and brought all the solutions and services together under a digital platform, the "Digital Köprü Platform," as of May 2020. The platform is accessible with a single password that is used for QNB digital banking channels. Therefore, it delivers great efficiency in terms of time and operations since it enables customers to track all their activities through a single screen simultaneously. Dijital Köprü is aware of the critical importance of after-sales support - both digital and physical - for customers. Through this awareness, it established the Dijital Köprü Solution Center to deliver remedies for the technical and after-sales issues customers may encounter and it now provides support to customers through multiple channels with a dedicated team of experts on a 24/7 basis. Customers can reach out easily to our Solution Center in the way that is most convenient for them, via live chat or call center. In addition, Dijital Köprü has launched the Dijital Köprü Academy, an education platform that offers the resources needed in order to support the education and raise the awareness of our SMEs. We hold both online and in-person meetings, webinars, events and trainings that will be useful for them. As Dijital Köprü, we strive to accelerate the digital transformation of businesses with the FinTechs and Startups we collaborate with through the Dijital Köprü project as well as raising awareness of our SMEs about Sustainability, and encouraging them to adopt. We’ve also added a solution that allows companies to count their carbon footprint in 2023. Dijital Köprü Platform continues its operations in a carbon neutral manner with wind energy support and within the scope of e-Transformation solutions we offered in 2022 alone, the use of 17.4 million A4 papers prevented. (with the issuance of invoices electronically and the use of e-ledgers). Dijital Köprü, which currently offers various solutions in areas such as e-commerce, administration, human resources, pre-accountancy, logistics, digital marketing, human resources, and finance, created by more than 20 different Fintech and Start-up companies, further enhances the customer experience by continuously being developed and renewed in order to keep the customer experience at the highest level and to bring the existing services to the best level. All these innovations are carried out in order to support the digital transformation of companies and increase their use of digital channels. Dijital Köprü is the one and only address to offer the banking and non-banking needs of SMEs. It began when the opening screen of QNB’s Corporate Online Branch featured the Dijital Köprü Platform in June 2021. Through this innovation, SMEs were able to view a summary of the banking information related to their companies on the platform and review and apply for the Dijital Köprü solutions that met their needs. Instead of attempting to make their Corporate Internet banking and Dijital Köprü transactions through different screens, SMEs were able to check and complete all their banking and non-banking transactions with a single password, through a single screen. The efforts to consolidate corporate banking transactions and Dijital Köprü transactions under the same roof were further reinforced with the introduction of the "My QNB Agenda" feature into Dijital Köprü in November 2021. Thus, SMEs were able to instantly access the reminders associated with their banking transactions. They were able to make their payments without a delay by viewing them in the "QNB My Agenda" section through reminders for important transactions such as DBS, EFT/Wire Transfer, Credit Card Payment, and POS transactions. In addition, a new service was added to the Dijital Köprü Platform for corporate firms later that year. With this program, which was implemented under the name of ’Step-by-Step Export', special solutions and services are offered to SMEs that need support in foreign trade transactions, especially export. Step by Step Export Program, which was implemented to support exporters enabling them to grow their brands and move forward in the world of foreign trade with confidence, has been shaped in three main service focuses, namely 'consultancy services', 'solutions partners', and 'step by step export banking package'. Lastly, Dijital Köprü solutions are expanded to cover other bank customers, not only those of QNB, which illustrates another innovative effort which Dijital Köprü undertakes to include other banking systems in the industry. Following the integration into enpara.com - the first branchless digital bank in Turkey - "Enpara Şirketim" customers started to enjoy all of the Dijital Köprü solutions in June 2021, without becoming a QNB customer and needing an extra password. In January 2023, the development for sole proprietorships to become customers via QNB mobile application was completed. Thus, these companies were able to carry out the process of becoming a customer in an end-to-end digital way without the need to visit a branch. With the launch of QNB Dijital Köprü's open banking application "Tüm Bankalar" in 2023, companies started to easily monitor their accounts in other banks from a single place by adding them to this application. With the user-friendly screens of All Banks, it has become even easier for them to transfer money from accounts in different banks and observe account information and movements. Dijital Köprü Mobile Banking, which companies can use for all their transactions, was renewed in September 2023. With this development, innovations such as new user-friendly features, simple and useful screens, and a customizable interface were added to make customers' work easier and improve the user experience. In addition, with the change of the web interface of the Digital Köprü Platform in October 2023, the user experience of customers was taken to the next level with new user-friendly screens. Now, companies will be able to follow their banking and other digital needs more easily from a single screen. This year, the banking menus used by companies will be completely transferred to the Dijital Köprü Platform and customers will be able to complete all their transactions on the platform. Digital and technological improvements are constantly being made on the QNB Dijital Köprü Platform and Mobile Application, which companies use for their banking and other digital needs. We identify and implement these improvements as a result of our sector analysis, customer surveys focused on understanding the needs of companies and customer feedback from our digital platforms. As all these developments show, the Dijital Köprü Platform has gained a new dimension and started to hold a significant place in the life of our customers in this past five years. In these five years, this initiative has redesigned the conventional ways of doing business according to the new requirements of the digital era following the results it generated from customer feedback, surveys, and onsite works on the industry's digitalization requirements, as well as by observing the applicable legal regulations in Turkey. With the inclusion of QNB's digital banking channels into the Dijital Köprü, the platform has become the only gateway for customers' banking and non-banking transactions and brought the customers' experience to the next level. Currently, Dijital Köprü has become a corporate segment brand of QNB, and all customer communications, including the communications with the corporate digital banking channels, are started to proceed via our platform. The Digital Bridge Platform and mobile application were strengthened in 2024 with many innovations that respond to the banking and digital needs of businesses. Our aim is to always improve customer experience. These developments were determined and implemented by carefully evaluating the feedback received from sector analyses, customer surveys, and digital platforms. The Digital Bridge not only facilitates business processes with the comprehensive solutions it offers to businesses but also makes significant contributions to sustainability with its eco-friendly properties. Responding to the rapidly changing needs of businesses, this innovative platform stands out as a guide and a powerful solution partner in the digitization journey. In 2024, QNB Türkiye’s digital solutions platform for businesses, Digital Bridge, continued to enable businesses to meet all their needs from a single point through solutions in banking transactions, e-transformation, e-commerce and other areas. Restaurant and Café Management, Human Resources, Complementary Health Insurance, Sustainability, Consultancy, and E-export solutions have been added to the platform with improvements made in line with customer feedback and sector analysis. Thus, businesses have made their business processes efficient by meeting their needs with more comprehensive solutions. Currently, the Digital Bridge Platform offers over 20 digital solutions in addition to banking transactions. The Carbon Footprint Management Solution offered within the scope of sustainability was one of the notable innovations in 2024. This solution enabled companies to measure their carbon footprint, make offsets, develop carbon strategies, and benefit from many grant and loan opportunities. The Digital Bridge Platform enabled businesses to meet their banking and digital needs from a single point with more than 20 solutions offered in 2024. In 2024, the “Lifetime Unlimited Top-Up” campaign continued and companies working with QNB Türkiye kept reducing their paper consumption by using e-invoices free of charge. In addition, solutions offered on the Digital Bridge Platform continued to be offered free of charge or at discounted prices. In addition, support was provided to meet the needs of businesses with financing solutions such as discounted loan campaigns specific to digital channels, advantageous banking packages, and competitive deposit interest rates. The Digital Bridge Academy has been enriched with new content to increase the knowledge of companies in their digitization processes. In addition to videos on the use of solutions on the platform, content has been added to support financial management, sectoral trends, and decision-making processes. In addition, in collaboration with X Academy, SMEs were able to participate in online trainings and receive certificates without the need for any application process. In 2024, Digital Bridge continued to guide companies on their digitalization journey and offer sustainable solutions. Digital Bridge expanded its award Collection in 2024. Thanks to the innovations and unique features of the Digital Bridge, QNB Türkiye was granted 10 prestigious international awards at major award organizations in 2024 & 2025, bringing the number of awards won by the platform to 21 to date. Dijital Köprü has received over 160 thousand applications so far with over 105 thousand active customers. The Dijital Köprü Platform is the channel with the highest satisfaction among banking channels. Over 20% of Dijital Köprü applications are also new customers to the bank. More than 300 thousand customers accessed the Digital Bridge through QNB Türkiye’s corporate digital banking channels, while the number of users benefiting from the platform’s digital solutions exceeded 100 thousand.
