Concept and Objectives: Eppione BrokerAI is an AI-powered solution designed specifically for employee benefit brokers. The core concept is to leverage artificial intelligence to automate administrative tasks, streamline processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making for insurance brokers. The main objectives are to reduce manual workload, improve efficiency, drive sales, and empower brokers to deliver more personalized, value-added services to their clients.
Reasons Behind the Project: Founded by benefits brokers, we felt the industry’s increasing pressure to provide tailored solutions and actionable insights while managing complex administrative tasks. BrokerAI was developed in response to these industry pain points, aiming to modernize broker operations and enable them to focus on strategic advisory roles rather than routine administration. Behind BrokerAI is passion and experience, built by brokers, for brokers.
State of Competition: We are yet to find a competitor in our space leveraging AI and changing brokers’ behaviours like Eppione’s BrokerAI, but the insurance industry is rapidly evolving, and new tech is constantly emerging.
Sources of Inspiration: The inspiration for BrokerAI came from observing the inefficiencies brokers face and the rapid advancements in AI technology across other industries. Eppione’s broader mission to revolutionize employee benefits and empower brokers to deliver exceptional service also played a key role in shaping the project. The team drew on best practices from both insurance and technology sectors to create a solution that bridges the gap between traditional brokering and modern digital tools.
Departments Involved: (Mentioned in the 'Resources' section)
Main Results So Far: We estimate that brokers can generate leads 10 times more effectively, save 60% of administrative costs, and 50% of tasks being handled via self-service. The automation, enhanced analytics, and positive feedback just go to show we’re not replacing the human touch; we’re enhancing it.
