Innovation presentation

Ziraat Finance Group operates with 1,940 branches in 19 countries. The group, which has many business types in numerous products / services and internal processes, aims to optimize its costs by digitizing its operational processes and direct its employees to high value-added jobs. There are a number of processes that do not require complex decisions, but have not yet been automated, taking significant time of employees. Because of the high costs and long schedules of software development efforts to automate these processes, it has been found that it is more economical and faster to utilize the digital workforce to perform these processes just as an employee but faster. Digital workforce will be created that can be offered to banks in other countries via the main banks in Turkey, thereby providing the international digital workforce optimization. It has been decided to integrate robotic prosess automation With this project; - Manually prepared reports - Data extraction from different screens - Actions performed with data entry - Data entry from non-digital documents processes will be fulfilled with digital workforce. A data capture application is integrated for the data reading capability that the digital worker needs to make a real person's life easier. In this way, the ability to read the text and distinguish the data that can be entered can be obtained and the ability to automate the process and advance the process will be gained. The project is carried out together with the operating units of the bank and the partner companies that provide the financial services and the technology company under the leadership of the Corporate Architecture Unit, which is responsible for the business model transformation. In the project initiated for 5 processes 1 process was taken into application and 2 processes came to the test phase.
