A new solution that allows customers who have a stationary vehicle to access the services of the new mobility, choosing them independently based on their needs and using a single, easy and smart app.

Thanks to the partnership with Urbi, a MaaS (Mobility-as-a-service) platform where many transportation services are integrated, consumers can access and choose the mobility provider they need. The Urbi platform provides a wide range of solutions: shared vehicles (motorcycles, scooters, bicycles/electric bicycles), public transportation (train, bus, subway) and taxi.

Directly from the app, the customer can locate, choose and purchase the vehicle he/she needs at that moment.

Regarding the service, in the event of the insured vehicle is immobilized and at least 8 hours of certified labor are required for the repair, the insured can request the Alternative Mobility solution from our operations center as an alternative to the replacement car: a €100 voucher to be used on the Urbi platform within 7 days of activation. • The operator sends the insured via SMS the code to activate the voucher, to be entered on the Urbi app • The insured downloads the Urbi app, creates his/her profile and enters the code provided by the operator • The credit is loaded into the app and the insured is free to choose and purchase the vehicle he/she prefers using the available budget
