Concept and Objectives: Anadi Connect and the Tablet-Based banking represent a pioneering leap in digital banking. The concept was born out of the need to provide accessible, user-friendly banking services that cater to the modern customer's preference for digital solutions. The objective is to streamline banking processes, making them more efficient and accessible, especially in rural areas where digital banking services might not be as readily available.

Reasons Behind: The drive behind Anadi Connect and Tablet-Based Banking was to address the gap in the market for digital banking services that are not only intuitive but also remove the barriers to financial products. Customers can open a bank account or get a loan in one sitting, interacting with a tablet.

State of Competition: When Anadi Bank introduced Tablet-Based Banking, it was a market novelty. The state of competition at the time was such that no other bank offered a similar level of accessibility and ease of use. This innovative approach allowed Anadi Bank to gain a competitive edge, particularly in the Austrian market and set the stage for expansion into Germany.

Sources of Inspiration: The development of Anadi Connect drew inspiration from the need for a "hybrid" banking approach that combines the convenience of digital transactions with the trust and personal touch of traditional banking. Feedback from financial service providers and customers played a crucial role in shaping the service.

Departments Involved: The Anadi Bank is proud that 80 percent of the development of Anadi Connect was made in-house, pioneered by the Department of Digital Banking.

Main Results So Far: The successful rollout of Anadi Connect has also led to the acquisition of over 800 financial service provider partners in Austria. All KPI's were far exceeded, Anadi Connect will play a key role in the future of the Anadi Bank.
