The aim of this project is to have a more attractive mortgage offer for CaixaBank customers in digital channels with a 100% online customisation. This new tool provides dynamic and adjusted prices according to the customer's profile. As a result, users receive an offer with conditions adapted to their relationship with the bank. This improves the customer experience and increases the acquisition of leads.
This project is born amidst the current economic situation in which interest rates are rising and there is a paradigm shift arising from years of low rates. Against this backdrop, it is essential for customers to be able to obtain a customised offer at a better adjusted price.
The conceptualisation of the project has been multidisciplinary, involving areas such as Risk, Mortgage Business, Legal Advisory, usability experts and various systems teams.
