Concept and objectives: Guido Bene is a connected car insurance product designed to promote safer driving habits through a behavior-based price structure ("the better you drive, the less you pay"). It uses telematics to track behavioral events (speeding, braking, acceleration) and translates them into a score from 0 to 10, rewarding customers with discounts upon policy renewal. The core objective is to deliver a seamless, omnichannel customer experience that integrates physical agencies, direct email marketing (DEM), App notifications, and SMS.

Reasons behind: The goal is to deeply engage customers through continuous interaction rather than just an annual transaction, maximizing benefits for the customer, the company, and society.
Departments involved: The development of Guido Bene required a comprehensive, cross-functional approach involving all company departments, including Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Technical Direction, and IT.
