We're developing a virtual world experience for our sales partners and their clients. It's a tool that revolutionizes remote consultation, offering entirely new possibilities for persuasion. With this tool, sales partners can simulate complex scenarios, allowing clients to experience assurance in the virtual world.

The problem so far: In Germany, only 30% of potential customers have income and disability protection, leaving 70% without coverage. Why is this the case? The sale of biometric products fails due to a lack of customer experience and risk awareness.

Customers don't perceive the need for action; they feel no concern and have very low risk awareness regarding their financial security in case of long-term illness or disability. They generally distrust insurers, and the complexity of insurance products, services, and processes fosters mistrust. Customers also have a high aversion to effort and costs, leading to decision anxiety.

Selling biometric products is cumbersome for brokers because they struggle to trigger customers successfully, encountering high complexity in both consultation and product realms. For brokers, it means extensive consultation efforts with a difficult and laborious sales process.

From ideation through design thinking and prototyping to MVP development, launching, and scaling, our customers were actively involved, providing crucial feedback and practical insights to equip the tool with precise customer experience.
