Yann Dumontheil is Retail Sales Manager and Marketing Director for Société Générale Sub-Saharan Africa. Based in Ivory Coast, he is responsible for SG’s retail banking activities in the region and develops its Retail Banking commercial activity, notably through the deployment of a new omnichannel banking relationship model. He also develops the bank’s products and services offering for all segments and oversees data, business intelligence and analytical reporting.
He shares his experience and vision in this interview conducted for a Qorus-Sopra Banking Software/Away study on digital transformation in African banks that will be published in the second half of 2022.
