What is your role and the scope of your responsibilities within the company? Are you responsible for all data analytics initiatives within the company and who are your internal customers? (Divisional, Business Units, Groups/Functions such as IT, ESG, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Risk, etc.)
My role is the definition of the bank's data & analytics strategy and its implementation. This role is broken down into three main items: development of the data & analytics framework, custody and evolution of the data & analytics asset portfolio; and turning Mibanco into a data-driven organization through strong data governance and a data culture embedded in people.
My internal clients are all areas of the bank such as Products, Segments, Finance, Channels, Human Resources, Transformation and others, with the exception of the Risk area which develops its own capabilities.
