Effective campaign management requires active engagement and motivation from agent representatives. To achieve this, we developed a gamification strategy, creating a lively dashboard on the Power BI platform to visualize campaign data.
Innovation presentation
At Aksigorta, campaigns are carried out to 3500 agencies throughout the year in order to increase market share and brand awareness. The campaigns target the sale of different product groups such as motor, health, individual fire, corporate fire. Agency representatives who are active in encouraging agencies in campaign management must adopt the campaign and actively follow it. To achieve this, different tactics are required to create competition, to spread it to more agencies in order to achieve the target, and to continue motivation without decreasing. In line with the realization of these goals, efforts were made to develop a gamification strategy in campaign management. In order to provide gamification energy, a lively and colorful dashboard was created on the Power BI platform where campaign data is displayed using data visualization techniques. In order to keep motivation high, the environment was revitalized by sharing instant status information, scoring and ranking on this dashboard, and by making production notifications required to reach the next level. In order to intensify the competition, a platform has been created where agency representatives can see how much production they have left to achieve their targets and the progress of their team members, and where the leader or leaders are highlighted and encouraged.

Innovation lies in our approach to gamify campaign management using Power BI. By leveraging the platform's visual capabilities, we enhance data clarity and accessibility. Individualized rankings and action suggestions empower agents to maintain or improve their standings. Automatic updates ensure dashboard relevance, while mobile accessibility sustains real-time competition.
