Through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Casco Insurance proposals have started to be issued automatically for individual and commercial customers who have the potential to purchase stated insurances.

As Isbank, we carry out our Non-Life insurance activities as an agency of Anadolu Sigorta A.Ş. Insurance sales were being made in the renewal period of the policies, or on demand of our customers. Along with the RPA process, insurance policy proposals including price were prepared for our individual and commercial customers by using our customer data, including those who had no insurance relationship with our Bank.

We started to prepare policy proposals by identifying the customers who make premium payments to other insurance companies or fuel expenditures using our Bank's credit cards, make motor tax and traffic fine payments through our Bank, purchase highway toll system devices from our Bank and whose license plate is presented in our Bank's system. For customers who have a compulsory traffic policy but do not have a casco policy, casco proposals can be prepared automotically for the first time. The product packages that can be sold to these customers are determined by checking the customer segment and asset, and a comprehensive motor insurance or low premium motor insurance proposal can be prepared.

Prepared proposals are automatically forwarded to our Branches with the New Generation Sales Opportunity (YNSF) program, also developed by our Bank, in order to facilitate the sales. In addition, our customers are able to reach the policy proposals prepared for them through the "My Offers" menu developed in conjunction with this process within our Bank's mobile application, İşCep. Thus, by reducing the operational workload in both proposal creation and sales stages, resources are used more efficiently and by reaching the correct customers efficiently, policy sales and market share are increased.

Uniqueness of the project

In normal circumstances, a customer would have to either visit one of our branches or use our digital channels to issue policies. By using customer data, we provide a personalized offer to our customers through our mobile application, including those who had no insurance relationship with our Bank, which they can easily get their policies through our mobile application.
