About

Make an SME loan decision & disbursement within minutes instead of days.

Innovation presentation

At the heart of its efforts, Raiffeisen Bank International creates an extensive array of products and services tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses, ranging from daily banking essentials to lending solutions and beyond. These are created under the vision of centrally developed products, which focuses on innovation and modernization. The RBI's state-of-the-art IT infrastructure serves as the backbone for these financial solutions, ensuring efficiency, security, seamless accessibility, and fast time to market in a diversified banking group.

What stands out in RBI's approach, is its commitment to placing the customer at the forefront of its innovative solutions. Every product and service are conceptualized with a deep understanding of the challenges and aspirations of the small and medium business sector. Products are tested by actively involving customers in the evaluation phase. This collaborative approach transforms customers from mere recipients into valued co-creators, forging a sense of ownership and partnership in the solutions provided.

Uniqueness of the project

The SME Loan concept has been entirely transformed by shifting from a corporate to a retail-oriented approach. This innovative evolution focuses on tailoring solutions to the SME segment, mirroring the practices of retail services.

Our solution has revolutionized the process, allowing loan approval within minutes and disbursement within the hour.

With a customer-centric focus, we've devised a solution that encompasses a completely reusable customer journey. This journey can be easily customized to accommodate unique market and local requirements, enabling us to swiftly launch in new markets within a span of 6 months.

Every facet of the backend infrastructure is not only fully reusable but also decoupled. This dual approach holds significant advantages when it comes to expanding into new markets. Each component is crafted with the intention of being used in isolation or seamlessly integrated with existing local solutions.

The beauty of this design lies in its versatility. When venturing into new markets, we have two options at our disposal:

- End-to-End Rollout: If we choose to implement the entire solution end-to-end, the fully reusable customer journey, underpinned by the modular nature of the backend, can be smoothly transplanted into the new market. This ensures consistency and a unified customer experience across different regions.

- Selective Component Integration: Alternatively, a NWB can opt for a more tailored approach. Certain specific components of our solution can be integrated into the local solutions that already thrive in the targeted market. This level of granular integration enables us to retain the advantages of your existing solutions while selectively enhancing them with the benefits of our customer-centric system.
